• You are responsible for reviewing designs before purchase

3.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to create content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence or dangerous activities
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any original content you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Generated Designs

Designs created through our AI service become your property upon purchase. For free designs with watermarks, you may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CustomTShirt.io and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment information.

5.3 Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns and refunds.

6. Product Fulfillment

Physical products are printed and shipped by our third-party provider, Printify. Production and shipping times vary based on location and product type. We are not responsible for delays caused by the fulfillment provider or shipping carriers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomTShirt.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CustomTShirt.io and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
