Physical Products (T-Shirts)

You may request a refund or replacement if:

• The wrong item was sent
• The size doesn't match what was ordered
• The product hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering

Digital Designs

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for digital design downloads are limited to:

• Technical issues preventing download
• File corruption or quality issues
• Significant discrepancy between preview and final file

How to Request a Refund

2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue
3. Include photos if the issue is related to product quality or damage
4. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
• It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

Replacements

In many cases, we're happy to send a replacement instead of a refund. This is often faster and ensures you get the product you wanted. Replacements are sent at no additional cost to you.
